Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us first at info@valhallaguitars.se before sending anything back. After we have reviewed your request, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• the product must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• the product must be in its original condition

• the product must be free from damage, marks, wear, modifications, or other signs of use beyond normal inspection

• the item must be complete and, where possible, returned with original packaging

Return request

• a detailed description of what is wrong with the product or why you want to return it

• clear pictures showing the product and the issue

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
